Every classroom that I
observed in August/September was a model of positive classroom culture. I
continue to be amazed by all the systems and structures you have in place to
ensure you have a classroom environment that is built on care and respect.
For the month of October,
our leadership observations will be focusing on the Teaching competency. Please review the “look fors” in
this document to provide you with some insight on what we are looking for when
