Stacey Ramirez for everything you did to make Leadership Appreciation Week the best we’ve ever had. You organized the entire week from start to finish, thoughtfully planning every detail. From coordinating the decorations to organizing the daily gifts, your attention to detail was amazing. I especially appreciate the communication you sent to each grade level to create a recognition schedule—making each day a meaningful and unexpected surprise. Because of you, we truly felt valued, celebrated, and appreciated all week long.

Tracy for all the wonderful activities you planned for the leadership team. As I mentioned before, it’s very clear that a great deal of time and thought went into this week. I am so grateful that you care enough about the leadership team to make our week full of exciting activities that tapped into our competitive spirit.

Flo and Theresa for the beautifully curated self-care basket. Every item — from the bath salts and eye masks to the body wash, scrub, face mask, lip balm, and candles — felt like an intentional reminder to slow down and take care of myself. It was such a thoughtful and comforting gift.

Mandy and Kim B the overflowing gift basket was incredibly generous and full of delightful surprises. From the cozy pajamas and blanket to the shower cap, journal, pens, hair clip, mug, and so much more, every item felt carefully chosen. I especially loved how each gift was individually wrapped — it made opening everything even more fun, like multiple little surprises within one big one.

Megan and Lisa for the sunshine-filled yellow basket! I absolutely loved the bright and cheerful theme. From the flowers and soap to the dish towels, chocolate-covered treats, fuzzy socks, chips, cookies, candy, water bottle, notepads, and pens, everything brought such joy. I can’t wait to use and enjoy each thoughtful item. I also cannot wait to see what color theme you pick next year.

Sandy and Jessica W for the cards you had the students create and the flowers. I appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Nikki, Linsey, and Crystal for the generous gift cards to two of my favorite places. The fact that you were intentional with your store selections made it feel even more personal and thoughtful. Your kindness gives me something special to look forward to, and I can’t wait to treat myself and think of you while I do.

Cayla, Courtney, Monique, Falak, Teri, Kathleen, Amy, Aimee, and Danielle for the incredibly thoughtful basket that felt so personalized. From my favorite snacks to the gift cards to all the places I love, it was clear how much care went into selecting everything.  

Ja’Rayl for taking the initiative to sweep the floor when there wasn’t a custodian. Even though it added extra work and interrupted your instruction, I truly appreciate your positive attitude.

Stefanie for coming in early to support the front office when there was only one person on duty. Your willingness to jump in and help made a big difference and ensured the office ran seamlessly.

A good book and tea in hand is my idea of first-class luxury, and you made it happen. I’ve been wanting a Kindle for so long, so thank you for saving my wrist in the process.

Jen S for putting the biggest smile on my face with the cartoon picture of me and the beautiful candle. I laughed so hard seeing myself like that—it was such a creative and thoughtful surprise! You truly know how to make someone feel special.
