End of the Year Checklist

There are several things that you can be working on over the next few weeks to prepare for the upcoming school year. We will be emailing you the End of the Year Checklist on Wednesday. All those items will be required to be completed before you are officially "checked out" for this school year. However, you can begin working on some of the items prior to Wednesday. 

     Welcome letter - You need to create (or revise an old version) of a grade level welcome letter that will be mailed out to students at the end of June. Please save the letter on the U-drive --> Year End Docs --> 2019-20 --> Grade Level Welcome Letter.

    Supply List - You need to revise your grade level supply list. Please keep in mind that you may already have a plethora of items left over from this year that were never used. Since many of our families may struggle financially in the months to come, I ask that you please try to reduce the list to only necessary items. For example, if you have plenty of markers already in your classroom, please remove that from your list for next year to help save money for families.
