The leadership team continues
to be deeply committed to the leadership approach of shared leadership. We value the voices of our staff when shaping school policies and
procedures. This commitment is reflected in opportunities such as SLT
discussions, 15-minute O3s, extra prep, staff meetings topics, team and
schoolwide goals, and surveys where your feedback directly informs our
decisions.
