The leadership team and grade level team leads have been using your feedback to guide our Level 2 behavior PD series. I hope you were able to glean a bright spot—or successful practice—from at least one grade level’s investigation approach that you can apply in your own practice. These strategies can help strengthen your efficiency and responsiveness when investigating behaviors, minimizing interruptions to the learning environment.
As I mentioned at our
staff meeting, your efforts have contributed to a 44% decrease in behavior incidents
(YTD)—that’s 571 fewer behaviors
entered into MyNHA. I want to celebrate
and recognize this astonishing accomplishment and encourage you to keep the
momentum going. Take a moment to review your grade-level data along
with our schoolwide behavior data, showcasing the progress that we are making
together.
