We would love to offer you an extra hour of prep AGAIN this trimester! Extra, Extra Prep will be available the week of November 14-18. We hope this will either help you grade interims, prepare for conferences, and/or other tasks.
Since this occurs the week before conferences, we are prioritizing the extra, extra prep for classroom teachers due to other staff having a more flexible schedule during conferences since they aren’t meeting with families back-to-back.
Please
note:
· This is optional. You are not required to take an extra
prep.
· This particular extra, extra prep is for classroom teachers,
however, if other staff need additional time, please see your dean.
· We will do our very best to make sure that you get your hour
prep, however, if too many people call off on a particular day, we may need to
reschedule your extra prep.
· It’s our desire to do this at least once a trimester for
everyone as long as subs are available.
If
you are a classroom teacher and would like to have an extra hour of prep,
please follow the steps below.
1. Click on this sign-up sheet by 3:45 on November 9.
2. Pick one time slot.
3. Prepare lesson plans for a sub.
Finalized schedule will be emailed Friday, November 11.
