Full Lesson Observations begin this
week through December 6. In your dean’s newsletter, they will explain the sign-up
process for the 30-45 minute observation. During the observation we will be
focusing on classroom culture and teaching. During
your O3, you will be bringing evidence for planning and assessing. We will
use the ratings from all four competencies to complete your FLO.
