Schoolwide Fun-Snow Day Predictions

 

Although the current temperatures are giving us more of a fall feel than winter, we all know Michigan weather can change its mind in a hurry! Before we know it, we'll be watching the forecast and hoping for that first snow day.

So, it's time to continue our schoolwide fun tradition of First Snow Day Prediction! 

Next to the staff bathroom is a First Snow Day Prediction bulletin board. Work with your homeroom students to predict which day you think will be our first snow/inclement weather day. We assigned every auxiliary staff member to a homeroom so they can join in on the fun! Please click HERE for auxiliary staff assigned homeroom.

On the bulletin board, we have provided the dates of our first snow days for the past 10 years, so you can make an educated guess. There are only two spots per date, so first come, first serve. The winning classroom(s) wins a prize. You must make your predictions by next Friday. 

Will we have an early winter surprise, or will Michigan make us wait? Only time will tell!
