Observations

As you know the leadership team conducts leadership calibration observations. These are observations where all 5 of us observe one classroom together and debrief afterwards. For the next two weeks, our focus is on the Teaching competency. Please take a moment to review the teaching competency in this document, which highlights what we’ll be looking for when we observe you in action.
