15-Minute O3s

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me during your 15-minute O3. One thing that consistently stands out—and has been the #1 response for years—is how much you all value each other. The relationships and sense of community among the Keystone team continue to be what people love most.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the way our team always sticks together. I recently watched the video below about how “It’s smarter to travel in groups,” and it really reminded me of our team approach—supporting one another through everything.

It made me realize how much stronger and more motivated I feel being part of this group, and I know many of you feel the same based on your 15-minute O3s. When amazing people—like the Keystone staff—work together, it creates a ripple effect. You inspire each other, share ideas, and build an environment where we can all thrive.
