This week, I will continue to share best practices from your colleagues on ways that they live out our Core Value, “Make our school the best choice for parents and students.” I appreciate everyone’s approach to support our enrollment efforts to retain students. I am highlighting Jen D’s strategies below.

Welcome to the Team

We had a new staff members start this Wednesday. Please give a warm welcome to Sydney Brown our new Middle School ELA TIR.

Recess

The PTO has sponsored a refresh of our blacktop. Emma and the art club will be repainting the blacktop games next Thursday. In preparation, the blacktop will be power washed for 6 hours on Wednesday. This means that recess will be field only next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (to allow the paint to fully dry).

TIR Referral

We are now in the TIR (Teacher in Residence) hiring window. If you know someone that would love to be a part of the Keystone team next school year, please let me know. Don’t forget that NHA offers monetary compensation for referrals.

15-Minute O3s

I am looking forward to meeting with each of you next week. Please come to your 15-Min O3 prepared to discuss the following three questions:

· One thing that you like/love about Keystone.

· One thing that would improve Keystone.

· One way that you have grown professionally this year.

Staff Meeting

Starting at 3:45, please go to the staff lounge to sign in, pick up documents, and grab some snacks. Our staff meeting will begin promptly at 4:00 pm in the gym.
